Platform Success Manager

Job description:
Your mission:
- Support existing publishers around the world, acting as a key point of contact for all requirements, issues, and challenges
- Manage and develop relationships with existing partners, helping to identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities
- Deliver a superior client experience by working closely with other teams within the company
- Followup with calls/meetings to ensure a good understanding of our products and a positive relationship with publishers
- Stay up to date with recent market and industry trends, providing valuable insights to the team and clients
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales and marketing teams to pursue them
Your profile:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field
- Good network within the online advertising industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to think strategically and analyze data
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, Freshsales, or equivalent)
- Handson mentality and ability to execute tactics effectively
- Experience in clientfacing roles and understanding of customer success best practices
- Prior experience in the digital media/publishing industry is a plus
- Proactivity, problemsolving ability, negotiation & presentation skills, strong focus on results
