IT Service Associate

What you'll do

Coordination and responsibility for the daily local IT service (2nd level support) according to the global IT service management standards Active support of employees in digital meetings such as Zoom, Teams Responsibility for local IT requests as well as for Veeva, asset and access Execution responsibility of local IT compliance and GxP process workflows. Responsibility for updating Knowledge Base Articles and Manuals Evaluation of service provision/ requirements of IT Education and trainings CRM Database administration, report creation / Data Analytics and Customer Support Support in the implementation and management of local and global IT projects as per set area of responsibility and in particular service activities. Active participation in the continuous improvement of local IT services, solutions and trainings. Responsibility for local IT service and process documentation.

Essential s for the role

Degree in IT Technology / Computer Science Equivalent Vocational Education 2-3 years of experience in an IT service and support role in similar Matrix / larger Cooperation Excellent German and English language proficiency High customer orientation Strong communication skills Analytical and conceptual thinking Excellent organizational and time management abilities Good knowledge in the client area and applications, , Windows 10 & 11, Office365 Suite, Adobe Suites, and iOS

Desirables

Good knowledge of support ticketing systems, , Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk Basic knowledge in the server area, , virtualization, Windows Server 2012 Experience in CRM software such as Salesforce or Veeva is an advantage Experience with IT service management methodologies like ITIL v3 is an advantage Experience with agile working methods (SCRUM, KANBAN, Lean) is an advantage Good knowledge of digital meeting platforms like Zoom, Teams

The basic salary for this position consists of € 43, (on a full-time basis).
