Your territoryAs part of our Design team, you will:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze design performance and experiment with data-driven solutions to drive business goals, focusing on conversion and brand awareness
Get hands-on with internal development teams, translating ambitious interactive ideas into code, all while keeping an eye on performance metrics
Work closely with Product Designers to ensure a seamless look and feel across the board, maintaining a shared design system in Figma
Organize, curate and steward folders and files within a DAM software
Manage vendor or agency relationships for print collateral and/or digital assets
Occasionally take the lead in directing and assisting in photoshoots, fostering collaboration with in-house photographers or external agencies
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you'll never hear the phrase "...because that's how we've always done things"
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Profile:
Key requirements:
5+ years of design experience, with a mix of agency and in-house expertise
A stellar portfolio that demonstrates an elevated design aesthetic and a thoughtful, creative and problem-solving approach
Power user of Figma and Adobe CC
Believer in creating scalable design systems and asset libraries to ensure efficiency and facilitate a quick onboarding of new designers
Well-versed with UX basics, User-Centered Design, and Responsive Web Design
Embrace diverse feedback, producing and defending design solutions that align with overarching project goals
Excellent written and spoken English skills
