What we are looking for:

Revo Foods is expanding rapidly, constantly reaching new markets and continuously building its product pipeline.

We are therefore expanding our sales department and are looking for an Order Processing & Customer Success Manager part-time from April/May to take on the following tasks:

  • Customer Service: Understanding customer needs and developing proposals
  • Writing customer offers and documents (data entry)
  • Communication with customers and partners
  • Creating, processing and sending sales orders and invoices
  • Tracking and ensuring correct deliveries
  • Organizing pickup and delivery orders for orders
  • Supporting management in the preparation of sales reports and other tasks
  • Obtaining offers for new delivery orders
  • Carrying out inventory control and ordering logistics materials

Who you are:

  • Ongoing advanced studies in the field of business administration, sales, etc. or comparable training
  • Experience in sales and in the food industry is an advantage
  • Good MS Office and CRM skills
  • Customeroriented and proactive personality "gogetter" mentality
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Perfect knowledge of English and German
  • Residence in Vienna or willingness to work in Vienna

We offer a salary for this position starting from 2.200;

  • Euro gross per month on a fulltime basis, depending on qualifications and experience.
