Wir suchen dich als

**Hub Assistant (w/m/d) in Graz **(ab 30 Stunden)

**Das erwartet dich**:

- Du bist der First Point of Contact in einer unserer foodora Rider Stations und somit ein wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen foodora und unseren Fahrer:innen.
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf in allen Bereichen unserer Rider Station sicher.
- Unsere neuen Fahrer:innen heißt du persönlich willkommen, übergibst und erklärst ihnen das Equipment und gibst ihnen wertvolle Tipps zum Jobstart.
- Du übernimmst die organisatorische sowie administrative Unterstützung des jeweiligen Station Coordinators und des Teams vor Ort.
- Mit deinem Know-How für unser operatives Geschäft (gute Einschulung durch uns) hilfst du unseren Fahrer:innen bei diversen Fragen und Anliegen weiter.
- Du bist die primäre Ansprechperson für die Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Rider Station am jeweiligen Standort (z.B. kleinere Reinigungs
- und Reparatur Tätigkeiten).

**Qualifikationen**
- Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich, am Empfang oder im Front Office Bereich erwünscht bzw. von Vorteil.
- In dieser Position ist Kommunikation essentiell, da du täglich im engen Austausch mit unseren Fahrer:innen stehst und sie in ihrem Arbeitsalltag unterstützt.
- Dich zeichnet Freude am täglichen Umgang mit Menschen verschiedenster Nationalitäten und Kulturen, ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität aus.
- Du sprichst gut Deutsch und/oder Englisch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse wie Arabisch und Farsi sind jedenfalls ein Vorteil.
