In Ihrer zukünftigen Position arbeiten Sie von unserem Standort in Wien aus gemeinsam mit dem Sales Director an der Betreuung bestehender und neuer Kund*innen am Österreichischen Finanzsektor an den Themenbereichen Vermögensberatung, Vermögensverwaltung, Dachfondsmanagement, Versicherung, Pensionskassen, Banking
- sowie Private Banking.

So könnte Ihr Arbeitsalltag aussehen:
- Proaktive Kundenbetreuung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und Aktivitäten- Beantwortung von Anfragen zu Fonds und Produkten, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Interaktionen mit unseren Kund*innen professionell und effizient abgewickelt werden- Nutzung interner und externer Systeme zur Extraktion von Fondsperformance, Portfoliodaten und anderen Daten zur Unterstützung von Kundenanfragen- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Präsentationen- Erstellen von Reports und Empfehlungen zu Verkaufsstrategien für das Management- Professionelle Beratung und (Online-)Schulung von Kund*innen und Interessent*innen- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität im CRM-System- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Director- Teilnahme an und Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Veranstaltungen, Messen, Roadshows und Kundenkonferenzen

Das bringen Sie mit:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche - idealerweise in den Bereichen B2B- Kenntnisse im Investmentfondsgeschäft sind wünschenswert- Proaktive Herangehensweise sowie Freude im Umgang mit Kund*innen am Telefon, per E-Mail und persönlich- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung- Eigenverantwortlicher, selbstständiger, aber dennoch teamorientierter Arbeitsstil- Sichere MS-Office sowie gute CRM-Kenntnisse- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
