**Die neu kreierte, sehr strategische Position Corporate Affairs Lead (w/m/d) berichtet direkt an den österreichischen General Manager, ist Mitglied des Management-Teams und umfasst die Führung einer Mitarbeiterin.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Leitung der externen und internen Kommunikation für die Niederlassung in Österreich
- Verantwortlich für die strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsaktivitäten in den Bereichen Medien, Social Media und digitale Präsenz
- Verantwortlich für die Pflege und Aktualisierung der externen Website und der Social-Media-Kanäle, um eine konsistente und ansprechende digitale Präsenz sicherzustellen
- Vertretung des Unternehmens in Branchenforen, um das Geschäft zu fördern und den Ruf des Unternehmens aufzubauen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines internen Kommunikationsplans, um Mitarbeiter zu informieren und zu motivieren
- Beratung und Unterstützung des Teams bei Krisen
- und Veränderungssituationen
- Initiierung von ESG-Aktivitäten auf lokaler Ebene, Koordination eines ESG-Teams zur Abstimmung der Aktivitäten und interne sowie externe Kommunikation über ESG-Themen
- Entwicklung einer Patient*innenvertretungsstrategie und Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Patient*innengruppen

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Kommunikationswissenschaft mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung mit interner und externer Kommunikation
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien für komplexe Organisationen - Digital Native im Umgang mit neuen Kommunikationstools
- Erfahrung mit Social Media, Krisenmanagement und Verständnis für externe und interne Trends im Gesundheitswesen und in den Medien
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholder*innen auf allen Ebenen zu interagieren und starke Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Enthusiastische*r Teamplayer*in mit Vorliebe für ein agiles und dynamisches Umfeld
