Sie arbeiten strukturiert, zielorientiert und selbstständig? Sie bringen Ihre Erfahrungen und Ihr Interesse an der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen und nehmen so die Möglichkeit wahr, die Zukunft von Palfinger aktiv mitzugestalten.

**AUFGABENBEREICHE**:

- Entwickeln von innovativen Ansätzen um Prozesse neu zu gestalten oder zu optimieren zusammen mit der PALFINGER Prozessorganisation
- Konzipieren und Ausarbeitung, sowie Dokumentation der Anforderungen und Lösungsansätze
- Mitarbeit an der Strategie für übergreifende Prozessinnovationen und -weiterentwicklung
- Schnittstellen zwischen der Prozessorganisation und den Implementierungspartnern
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen & externen Partnern
- Aufbau von Wissen über den aktuellen Stand der Technik im Bereich von SAP S/4 HANA, sowie weiteren Applikationen

**QUALIFIKATIONEN**:

- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (z.B. ein Studium, HAK / HTL mit Schwerpunkt, kaufmännische oder technische Lehre) oder ähnliche Berufserfahrung
- Berufserfahrung in der Anwendung oder idealerweise Betreuung von ERP Systemen oder anderen Business Applikationen (idealerweise SAP)
- Gute Kenntnisse in Prozessanalyse und Spezifikation von Anforderungen
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrungen im Customizing von SAP oder einem vergleichbaren System von Vorteil
- Organisations
- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Lösungs
- und Serviceorientierung
- Projekterfahrung in IT-Projekten
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit von externen Partnern von Vorteil
- Hands-on Mentalität, selbständige Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigenmotivation und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
- Hohe Flexibilität und Freude am Arbeiten in einem internationalen, projektgetriebenen und dynamischen Umfeld
