To strengthen our Global Training and Knowledge Transfer department in Salzburg, we are looking for a **Team Lead “Marine Training” **(f/m/d) with willingness to perform and create the future for Training in our maritime product lines.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Lead the “Marine Training” Team within our Global Training department
- Manage the process of designing, creating and providing high-quality interactive learning experiences for face to face and online training
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and colleagues to develop a learner journey, learning paths and create knowledge checks for the Marine portfolio
- Coordinate and administrate the Training program (Sales & Service)
- Organize the offered training courses by being in contact with all respective partners (dealers, shipyards, service teams, key account customers)
- Carry out trainings within the Marine training team (30-50% of work time)
- Be informed about new trends (e.g. tools, new ways of learning) and continuously improve own processes (in alignment with Global Training)
- Be responsible for the creation of the required Training documentation and Trainer Guidelines (in alignment with the support functions within the department)
- Contribute to all process developments and improvement actions within the Global Training department by representing the Marine environment
- Be the contact person for Training requirements to all Marine stakeholders (customer service, network development, sales,)

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completed technical education (TU, FH, HTL), preferably in the field of mechanical/technical engineering
- Several years of experience in the field of Training (being a Trainer, Design & Coordination)
- Experience in leading & developing Teams, being a team player
- High communication skills to coordinate Training with third parties and to conduct courses
- Structured and organized way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluently spoken and written German and English
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%)

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal indutry collective agreement is EUR 53.068,12. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
