**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead Inventory Management of all “Operations-responsible” Inventories to establish state-of-the art inventory management practices within S&OP team
- Establish state-of-the-art inventory management processes, standards and targets
- Communicating with location managers to maintain required inventory levels of various locations (Plants, suppliers, Dealers)
- Set-up inventory trainings to establish company-wide standards and competences
- Collaborate and take the lead of related colleagues in SCM, Operations, Procurement and PLM&E to achieve inventory optimization targets
- Derive inventory management measures, establish follow-up processes and monitoring
- Lead inventory reduction program 2023-2025, develop short
- and long-term measures on inventory management and establish continuous improvement program
- Manage trade-offs in inventory-costs-service-level-sustainability targets while considering company goals
- Manage and oversee physical inventory counts and reconciliation at multiple locations on multiple dates per year
- Long-term development of a team, which sustainably manages the inventory
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
- University degree in SCM or a similar oriented technical degree
- 2-4 years work experience in SCM in a global organization
- Strong analytic and conceptual capabilities
- High level of interpersonal and intercultural skills combined
- Project management skills
- Very accurate and structured way of working and presenting
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Business English (German optional)

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.068,12 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
