Bergheim near Salzburg as a
Junior Area Sales Manager TMF (f/m/d).


The (Jr.) Area Sales Manager is responsible to grow the sales, optimize profit of the customer portfolio, align understanding of customer needs across the organization, successfully implement and execute plans and strategies for the customer portfolio while capturing and understanding the needs of the customer.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market analysis
  • Support for planning of budget/ forecast / trend monitoring / market information / analysis of competition of Truck Mounted Forklifts
  • To help with implementation of CRM and roll out of product configurator
  • Central point of contact for all topics relating to development of all sales, project and organization development as well as technical discussions relating to development of new products

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Commercial or technical education
  • High communication skills and enjoy contact with international partners
  • Distinctive intercultural competencies
  • Team-Player with language skills, organisation talent, distinctive negotiation skills as well as creative thinking
  • Being customer focused, eager to learn, assertive and passionate about outcome
  • Good MS Office and SAP skills
  • Fluent English both in writing and speaking, further languages are desirable
  • Willingness to travel

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 41.390,02 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
