**Deine Capco Aufgaben**
- Du begleitest / leitest herausfordernde Beratungsprojekte im Zahlungsverkehrsumfeld von der Business Analyse und Fachkonzeption übers Testing bis hin zur engen Begleitung der Implementierung
- Neben der fachlichen Mitarbeit bist Du der Hauptkontakt für die Projektleitung und unterstützt diese methodisch in übergreifenden Themen wie (Teil-)Projektplanung und -steuerung, Budgetierung, Stakeholdermanagement, Eskalation etc.
- Dabei bringst Du deine Erfahrungen sowohl aus klassischen sowie modernen Projektmanagement Methoden ein
- Du arbeitest stets mit hoher Kundenorientierung, wobei Du deine eigenen Erfahrungen und die deiner Capco-Kollegen* gewinnbringend einfließen lässt
- Im Laufe des Projektes forderst und förderst Du deine Kollegen* und überträgst ihnen immer mehr Verantwortung für ihre Themen bis hin zur Führung von Teilprojekten und kleineren Projektteams
- Neben der Projektarbeit hast Du die Möglichkeit, dich in verschiedenen internen Themen mit einzubringen und eigene Ideen umzusetzen - dabei treibst Du deine eigene fachliche, methodische und persönliche Weiterentwicklung und die deines Umfeldes voran

**Dein Capco Profil**
- Du hast, genau wie wir, ein großes Interesse an Payments und verfolgst mit Spannung die aktuellen Entwicklungen
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du konntest bereits relevante praktische Berufserfahrung in Bezug auf Zahlungsverkehrsprozesse sammeln
- Du bist teamfähig, kundenorientiert und verfügst über starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Du hast Spaß an Projektarbeit mit abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeitsbereichen
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch und Englisch fließend
- Neben der Tätigkeit im Home Office, hast du Lust bei unseren deutschen und europäischen Kunden vor Ort zu arbeiten
