Aktuell suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt eine/n Program Director Transportation (M/F/d).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Steuerung und Ergebnisverantwortung von mehreren Projekten bzw. Teams vor Ort beim Kunden in Wien
- Darstellung des Projektstatus gegenüber dem Management und den Kunden durch KPIs und Meilensteintreue
- Teilnahme an Projektdurchsprachen
- Ansprechpartner und Eskalationslevel für den Kunden innerhalb von Projekten
- Management von Bestellungen und Verrechnung
- Steuerung und Coaching der Projektleiter
- Personelles Staffing in den Projekten
- Analyse und Kommunikation mit mehreren divergierenden Stakeholder-Gruppen im Projekt und Steuerung erforderlicher Entscheidungsprozesse und Änderungen
- Controlling der Qualität der Projekleistungen
- Anwendung von Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Werkzeugen sowie dem internen Toolset

**Ihr Profil**:

- EDV-orientierte Ausbildung an einer HTL oder Universität bzw. Fachhochschule (bzw. eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung)
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projekt
- und Programm-Management, vorzugsweise im Geschäftsfeld "Transportation"
- Erfahrung im Kundenmanagement und im Akquiseprozess von Lösungsprojekten
- Zertifizierung als Projektmanager nach einem anerkannten Standard ist von Vorteil (z.B. IPMA Level C, PMI) oder nachgewiesene praktische Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Projekten nach einschlägigen Standards
- Kenntnisse von Jira und Confluence sind von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, kunden
- und dienstleitungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie projekt
- und teamorientiertes Arbeiten
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend (in Wort und Schrift)
