Semperit is a global rubber company with 5 different segments.

With our quality products, we have been well positioned for almost 200 years and distribute them in more than 100 countries.

This position belongs to our segment SEMPERFLEX, which develops, manufactures and markets hydraulic and industrial hoses worldwide.

We are Europe's largest hose producer with plants in Austria and Czech Republic and our global sites in China and Thailand.

Significant ongoing investments into R&D provide us with continually improving quality and products highly adapted for todays markets.

For our location in Wimpassing we are currently recruiting:

Commercial Product Manager (m/w/d)
(maternity leave replacement - initially limited until May 2025)

What you can expect:

  • Conduct, develop and optimize the product offering
  • Lead commercial projects within our segment Semperflex internally and externally
  • Primary contact for internal and external stakeholders for the defined projects
  • Leading the commercial calculation of product prices
  • Definition of market requirement specification for new product solutions, sales and digitization initiatives
  • Proactive monitoring of market movements and competitor benchmark

What we expect:

  • Deep commercial knowledge based on university degree or long term specific work experience
  • Advanced technical understanding would be beneficial
  • Commercial calculation skills with high affinity to numbers
  • Project management skills, structured way of working, target driven and result oriented
  • Advanced English spoken and written
  • Professional Office skills (focus is excel), SAP beneficial
  • Team player and passionate to work in global teams with multicultural backgrounds

Location: 2632 Wimpassing (lower Austria, 70km south from Vienna)

Gross monthly salary:
from EUR 4.000;
- higher rates dependent on professional qualifications and experience

2025 with the desire for further employment.
