- Du treibst den end-to-end Produktdesignprozess voran, von der Entwicklung bis zur Implementierung der User Interfaces für unsere Softwareprodukte
- Du erstellst visuelle Assets (z.B. Components, UI-Controls, Icons) und trägst zum Designsystem bei
- Du erstellst Mockups, interaktive Prototypen und Designspezifikationen
- Du bist an Benutzer:innentests und UX Research beteiligt
- Du bist ein wichtiger Teil von Projektteams in einem cross-funktionalen Setup

**Was bringst du mit?**
- Du hast einen Abschluss in Human-Computer-Interaction (HCI), Informationsdesign oder ähnlichem
- Du bist mit gängigen Design Patterns vertraut
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Designprinzipien, einschließlich Typografie, Farbtheorie und Layout
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Design-Tools wie Figma und Adobe Creative Suite oder anderen
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, Designentscheidungen zu erläutern
- Du hast ein überzeugendes Portfolio
