Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the retail division
  • Collaborate closely with our Group Platform Division to interlink dependencies and opportunities
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and solutions that will support the division's digital transformation efforts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and incorporate them into digital solutions
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address development opportunities
  • Harmonize groupwide best practices and implement digital solutions throughout the whole retail area
  • Manage and track the division's digital transformation budget, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Act as a main innovation function within Erste Group in close collaboration with the Management Board

Your Background:

  • Strong experience in an international Leadership role in the field of Digital Transformation and Retail
  • Successful track record in leading and managing various teams in a performancedriven environment
  • Familiarity with ecommerce, mobile technologies, and omnichannel retail solutions
  • Ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of business objectives and how technology can support them
  • Strong project management skills and love for technology
  • Valuedriven personality with strong interpersonal and exceptional leadership skills
  • A serviceoriented and transformational mindset with the willingness to drive Erste Group's retail innovation area to functional excellence
  • A strong experience in collaborating with C-Levels (board) and various internal & external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, any other Grouplanguage is a plus
