Job Summary:

Avantor is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative.


This role will be a full-time position, full time home office in Austria or hybrid in our Vienna office are both possible.

What we're looking for

Language: you are fluent in English and French

Experience: Customer Service experience is required

Certification(s):

Tools: Knowledge of MS Office and SAP are a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial training

  • You ensure customer orders are processed in a complete, good way
  • You communicate and coordinate with customers
  • You provide product and delivery information
  • You cover the right certificates and all documents relevant to the transport
  • You manage delivery dates and complaint management
  • You track the shipments
  • You cover the required certificates and information when needed
