Your Role as a Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Representative at Oper, your primary goal is to ensure customer success through responsive support, meticulous configuration management, and proactive bug resolution. Customers will turn to you for prompt 'solutions on demand' when facing challenges. Your responsibilities include guiding customers, promptly resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement through valuable insights.

Tasks
  • You will provide support via mail and chat, assisting customers with inquiries, explaining the platform usage, and directing them to the help center when needed.
  • You will gain a deep understanding of customers' operations and support them in addressing questions and issues they encounter.
  • You will maintain technical configurations and update customer settings promptly and accurately.
  • You will investigate and resolve bugs reported by customers, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • You will continuously seek opportunities to enhance work processes, automate tasks, and improve product functionality.
  • You will stay informed about Oper's products, latest features, and updates to provide necessary support to users.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-10 years in customer support roles within a SaaS environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in software workings, adept at troubleshooting customer issues, and capable of handling technical configuration tasks.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of German, Dutch, or French is beneficial.
  • Solution-driven: Proactive in offering solutions and taking initiative independently.
  • Agile Mindset: Action-oriented with a focus on task completion.
