Ihre Aufgaben
Telefonische Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden bei Produktanfragen und ProblemlösungenKoordination und Organisation von Lieferungen sowie Verfolgung des Lieferstatus für KundenErfassung und Verwaltung von Kundenbestellungen in den internen SystemenEnge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Marketing und Logistik, um eine nahtlose Kundenerfahrung sicherzustellenDurchführung von Kundenumfragen und Feedback-Sammlungen, um die Servicequalität kontinuierlich zu verbessernTeilnahme an Schulungen und Weiterbildungen, um stets auf dem neuesten Stand bezüglich Produkte und Prozesse zu bleibenSicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und -standards in Bezug auf den KundenserviceQualifikationen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische AusbildungSehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und SchriftSicherer Umgang mit Office- und IT-AnwendungenAusgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Selbstständigkeit Wir bieten Eine interessante und herausfordernde TätigkeitFlexible Arbeitszeiten + Home-Office MöglichkeitAbwechslungsreiche, interessante und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem internationalen und zukunftsorientierten UnternehmenGute Verkehrsanbindung Für diese Position ist ein weit überkollektivvertragliches Monatsbruttogehalt ab EUR 2.300,- (auf Vollzeitbasis) vorgesehen.
