Aufgaben

Für unser Office in Wien suchen wir ein Teammitglied (38,5h) zur Unterstützung der Abteilung Subspecialty Society & Congress Services für die Betreuung einer medizinischen Gesellschaft.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Unterstützung des Vorstandes und Komitees
- Organisation von Meetings, Workshops und Vorstandssitzungen
- PR und Kommunikation
- Betreuung der Mitglieder (Verwaltung, Korrespondenz, Anmeldung)
- Gestaltung und Vorbereitung von Printmedien
- Erstellung von Statistiken, Auswertung von Evaluierungen
- Allgemeine Aufgaben (z.B. Aktenverwaltung, Terminkoordination)
- Betreuung der Webseite

Qualifikation
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse
- Französischkenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Erfahrung im Vereins
- oder Veranstaltungsmanagement von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Umgangsformen
