As Lead Tech Consultant (f/m/x) at SQUER, you will take part in the development of software transformation projects, from Product Discovery and Business Analysis to Product Ownership, ensuring optimal conditions for your development team to thrive. You will also be at the forefront of connecting our innovative concepts and solutions with new clients, while shaping and executing business strategies for your Business Unit to drive growth and impactful results.
Your Tasks- Being part of SQUER means being a Team Leader, acting as a role model as well as being someone that is actively shaping SQUER.
- You are a strong communicator, ensuring effective collaboration in cross-functional teams, between stakeholders, and with our customers.
- You are responsible for the conception, planning and execution of strategic sales and business development initiatives and want to drive sustainable and organic growth.
- You actively participate in the entire development process and are significantly involved in finding and implementing the highest value solutions which maximize transformation progress.
- You understand and discover the needs, pain points, and desires of the customers deeply to create solutions that truly resonate with them.
- You understand the technical aspects of our solutions, which helps in effective communication with engineers and in making informed technical decisions.
- Managing existing business relationships and proactively building new sales funnels are in your blood.
- You have experience in agile software development projects and feel passionate and motivated about supporting software teams in all their disciplines.
- You already have several years of experience in a comparable business development position such as consulting, project management or (pre-)sales.
- You have strong communication skills, experience in stakeholder management and client relation management.
- Analytical thinking and strong solution orientation is one of your core strengths.
- You know Lean and Agile Frameworks and bring deep knowledge in Requirements Engineering or Product Discovery.
- You can quickly understand customer challenges and deduce the underlying needs.
- Fluent communication in German and English is no problem for you.
