Ihre/Deine zukünftige Rolle

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernimmst du den Lead eines 10 - 15-köpfigen Development-Teams. Neben dem klaren Fokus auf die Weiterentwicklung und Führung der Softwareentwickler:innen zeigst du dich für folgende Themen verantwortlich:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb der Plattform
  • Weiterentwicklung der Organisation (skalierungsfähige Architektur, Prozesse und Tools, Karrierepfade & Entwicklungsgespräche, etc.)
  • Strategische Mitgestaltung des Business, v.a. in Form von technischen Aspekten (Stichwort: Einsatzmöglichkeiten von KI)
  • Budgetverantwortung sowie Kostenüberwachung
Sie bieten
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Softwareentwicklungsteams vergleichbarer Größe in einem agilen und wachsenden Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und einen soliden Erfahrungsschatz in der Weiterentwicklung von Development-Teams (Aufgaben & Rollen, Karrierepfade, Vorgehens- und Zielmodelle und -methoden, etc.)
  • Knowhow im Bereich SaaS/Platform Development wünschenswert
  • Strategische, visionsgetriebene und gestaltungswillige Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Für die Position ist ein Jahresbruttozielgehalt ab 85.000,- EUR vorgesehen. Abhängig von beruflicher Vorerfahrung und Passung zum Wunschprofil kommt es zu einer marktkonformen Überzahlung.
