- Du stellst übergeordnet die technische und visuelle Qualität aller Kunden sicher
- Du identifizierst und evaluierst neuen Technologien und Trends
- Du entwickelst unseren Tech-Stack weiter und triffst grundlegende Richtungsentscheidungen
- Du erarbeitet technische Konzepte für anspruchsvolle Projekte und triffst Infrastruktur
- und Technologie-Entscheidungen
- Du analysierst technische Anforderungen und Abhängigkeiten und evaluierst verschiedene Lösungsansätze
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Zusammensetzung der Dev-Projektteams
- Du agierst als Mentor:in für das Development-Team und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung von technischen Skills

**So bist du**:

- Du hast Erfahrung als Head of Development oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Konzeption von komplexen digitalen Projekten
- Du bist ein Vollprofi im Frontend
- und Backend-Development
- Du zählst zu den richtig Guten in der Dev-Szene und willst uns zeigen, wie der Hase läuft
- Du begeisterst dich für Unternehmen, die etwas weiterbringen und verändern und möchtest diese mit deiner konzeptionellen Denkweise dabei unterstützen
- Du hast Erfahrung mit CMS (am liebsten Craft CMS)
- Du kommunizierst direkt und wertschätzend, bist aber nicht harmoniesüchtig
- Du willst einen Mehrwert in der Zusammenarbeit (intern sowie extern) schaffen
- Du bist offen für Veränderung und hinterfragst Bestehendes, um nach besseren Möglichkeiten zu suchen
- Du bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Entscheidungen zu treffen
