In der Abteilung **TU Wien Academy** ist eine Stelle als Head of Professional Development Programs (all genders), ab sofort (40 Wochenstunden, unbefristet) mit folgendem Aufgabengebiet zu besetzen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Aufbau, Etablierung und Leitung der Business Unit „Kurzprogramme und Konferenzen“ an der TU Wien Academy for Continuing Education
- Weiter
- und Neuentwicklung sowie Koordination des postgradualen Weiterbildungsportfolios im Themenfeld "Kurzprogramme und Konferenzen"
- Aktiver Vertrieb von Weiterbildungsangeboten
- Aktive Mitarbeit in Marketing und Kommunikation
- Organisation von Fachkonferenzen für Expert_innen und Führungskräfte
- Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung und Marktanalyse
- Kommunikations
- und Informationsschnittstelle zu internen & externen Stakeholder_innen
- Mitarbeit im Programm-Management von Weiterbildungsangeboten
- Evaluierung und Qualitätskontrolle der Programmangebote
- Erstellung von Budgets und Sicherstellung der Budgeteinhaltung in Absprache mit der Bereichsleitung
- Mitarbeit in Projekten innerhalb der TU Wien Academy for Continuing Education

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (bevorzugt im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Technik)
- Erfahrung in der Konzeptionierung von Weiterbildungsprogrammen mit tiefer Interaktion und Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmen und öffentlichen Organisationen
- Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt auf Executive and Expert Education
- Erfahrung in Marketing und Vertrieb im postgradualen Weiterbildungssektor
- Internationale Arbeitserfahrung
- Erfahrung in Ausbau und Pflege von Netzwerken und b2b Kundenbeziehungen
- Führungserfahrung
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Vertriebsstärke, Präsentationsfähigkeit, Innovationsfähigkeit, Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungskompetenz, Organisations

Die Einstufung erfolgt in der Verwendungsgruppe IVA gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag der Universitäten und beträgt bei einem wöchentlichen Beschäftigungsausmaß von 40 Wochenstunden EUR 3.266,20 brutto/Monat. Tätigkeitsbezogene Vordienstzeiten werden angerechnet.
