Als Head of Professional Services (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Leitung unseres Teams von Digital Transformation Consultants, die unsere Kunden bei der Implementierung unserer Softwarelösungen unterstützen. Dabei verantwortest du die Begleitung und Gestaltung der Veränderungsprozesse mit unseren Kunden von der Anforderungs-Definition über die Einführungsphase bis zum Tagesgeschäft. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bist du maßgeblich daran beteiligt, den Erfolg unserer Kunden mitzugestalten und auszubauen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Leitung des Professional Services Teams und Verantwortung für die effektive Projektumsetzung bei unseren Kunden
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung unserer Lösungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen und optimale Lösungen anzubieten
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Teamperformance und effizienten Ressourcenauslastung im Professional Services Team
- Eigeständige Betreuung und strategische Entwicklung der Key Accounts im Professional Services Bereich
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Professional Services Abteilung

**Das solltest du mitbringen**:

- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Professional Services/Consulting oder vergleichbaren Teams
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit Rechnungswesen-Abteilungen und Kenntnisse betriebswirtschaftlicher Unternehmensprozesse derselben
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und der Implementierung von Softwarelösungen sind von Vorteil
- Kunden
- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an Prozessanalyse, -optimierung und -gestaltung
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für technische Konzepte und Lösungen
- Integrative: r und durchsetzungsstarke: r Kommunikator: in, die/der problemlos mit mehreren Stakeholdern zusammenarbeiten kann
- Hands-On Mentalität und Freude an der Arbeit in einem hochdynamischen Umfeld eines Scale-Ups
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
