Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams bei Innomotics (a Siemens Business) suchen wir einen kaufmännischen Projektleiter (m/w/d) für innovative Green Technology Projekte

Für unsere innovativen Projekte im Internationalen Anlagenbau suchen wir eine(n) engagierte(n) Commercial Projektmanager(in) mit Erfahrung. Der Anstellungsort ist bevorzugt Graz, alternativ Innsbruck oder Linz.

Mit unseren Automated People Mover Projekten für urbane Ballungszentren und Flughäfen tragen wir wesentlich zur Lösung von Verkehrs- und Emissionsproblemen bei. Dabei werden Digitalisierungs- Lösungen wie Digital Twin und virtuelle Inbetriebnahme laufend weiterentwickelt. In Ihrer künftigen Commercial Projekt Management Aufgabe sind sie für die Abwicklung und Steuerung des Projektes in Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Projektleiter verantwortlich und managen im Wesentlichen die wirtschaftlichen Themen im Projekt. Dabei stehen Erfahrungsträger, Systematik und Projektmanagement Tools zur Verfügung.

Zu ihren Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:

* Als Commercial Project Manager stellen Sie zusammen mit der technischen Projektleitung die erfolgreiche Abwicklung komplexer Projekte sicher
* Sie verhandeln eigenständig über die vertraglichen Bestimmungen Ihrer Projekte mit unseren Kunden und betreiben aktives Contract und Claim-Management
* Sie sorgen für Transparenz, indem Sie Ist-Kosten korrekt buchen, Plankosten ermitteln und aussagekräftige Berichte erstellen und Sie optimieren das Projekt-Ergebnis und den Projekt-Cash-Flow
* Sie arbeiten auch bei Angebotsprojekten mit an der Kosten-Kalkulation und stellen die internen Prozesse sicher
* Sie begleiten und stellen den Einkaufs-Prozess sicher
* Weiters erarbeiten Sie und stellen das Logistikkonzept im Projekt sicher

Ihr Profil.

* Die Basis Ihres Erfolgs ist eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännisches Ausbildung (HAK / FH / Universität)
* Darauf aufbauend verfügen Sie über solide Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektmanagement.
* Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit aus und brennen für Ihre Projekte und Kunden.
* Ihre Praxiserfahrung und Ihr Experten-Know-How beinhalten Contract- und Claim-Management sowie Projekt-Controlling und kaufm. Berichtswesen für ein regelmäßiges und aussagekräftiges Management-Reporting
* Sie sind ein Teamplayer.
* Sie haben Spaß und Interesse an der Arbeit in internationalen Teams
* Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, die Sie in einem internationalen Business Kontext anwenden
