To strengthen our motivated Sustainability & Safety Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Assistant (m/f/d).

Your Role

* You provide high-level administrative support to top management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation
* You create professional PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, and reports
* You like to proofread documents, presentations, and communications to ensure accuracy and consistency and maintaining a polished and professional tone
* You assist with planning and coordination of internal and external events
* You manage multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency and attention to detail
* You support other colleagues with administrative tasks if necessary

Your Profile

* You have already gained experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an similar role
* You are experienced with MS-Office, especially PowerPoint
* You have a strong skill set in proofreading and editing for grammar, spelling, and style
* You are an organised, creative and punctual person with excellent time-management skills
* You bring the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* You have excellent communication skills in English (C-Level), German is an advantage
