To strengthen our motivated **Sustainability & Safety Team **at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate **Assistant **(M/F/d).

**Your Role**:

- You provide high-level administrative support to top management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation
- You create professional PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, and reports
- You like to proofread documents, presentations, and communications to ensure accuracy and consistency and maintaining a polished and professional tone
- You assist with planning and coordination of internal and external events
- You manage multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency and attention to detail
- You support other colleagues with administrative tasks if necessary

**Your Profile**:

- You have already gained experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an similar role
- You are experienced with MS-Office, especially PowerPoint
- You have a strong skill set in proofreading and editing for grammar, spelling, and style
- You are an organised, creative and punctual person with excellent time-management skills
- You bring the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- You have excellent communication skills in English (C-Level), German is an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 42,000;
