Wir sind ein aufstrebendes Unternehmen im Bereich Business Consulting & Coaching und unterstützen unsere Partner/-innen aus dem DACH-Raum im Bereich der Geschäfts- oder Unternehmensentwicklung. Für den Aufbau des Standorts Wien suchen wir einen:

ONLINE MARKETER (M/W/D)


Du wirst in folgenden Bereichen aktiv selbstständig umsetzen oder unterstützen:

  1. Performance Marketing: Erstellung von Ad Copy, Landing Pages, Funnels, und Mitgestaltung der Creatives und Video Ads
  2. Media Buying: Strategische Planung, Optimierung und Skalierung von Werbekampagnen auf Plattformen wie META, Google oder LinkedIn.
  3. Funnel- & Produktentwicklung: Planen und umsetzen von neuen Funnels, Lead Magneten, Produkten, und dem Marketing dazu.
  4. Optimierung & Tracking: Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Performancesteigerung, inklusive Tracking & Reporting
  5. Technische Umsetzung: Integrationen aufsetzen zwischen Landing Page Buildern, Email Tools, HubSpot und anderen Tools via Zapier und Ähnlichem
  6. Email-Marketing: Konzeption und Erstellung von automatisierten E-Mail-Kampagnen, Newslettern und Segmentierungen zur Steigerung der Kundenbindung und Konversionsraten.
  7. Social Media Marketing: Unterstützung des Content Teams mit Marketing-Maßnahmen und strategischer Planung
  8. Recherche & kreative Ideen: Beobachtung des Business Consulting Marktes für neue Ideen, Strategien, Positionierung, und Weiterbildung
  9. Team-übergreifende Zusammenarbeit zwischen Marketing, Content, Customer Success, und Sale

Achtung: Deine Haupt-Verantwortungsbereiche werden sich hauptsächlich nach deinen Fähigkeiten und Spezialisierung richten, aber Mitarbeit in allen diesen Bereichen wird je nach Situation nötig sein. Einarbeitung ist natürlich gegeben.


Das bringst du mit:

  • Begeisterung, Eigeninitiative, und Erfahrung im Bereich Online Marketing
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren oder ähnlichen für die Stelle relevanten Position oder in selbstständiger Tätigkeit
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Bereich Lead-Generierung, Conversion-Optimierung und praktisches Know How im Growth Marketing
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Online Marketing Tools (Tag Manager, SEO, SEA, Werbeanzeigemanager Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics etc.)
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse an Unternehmertum, Business & Business Consulting
