Talent Manager (m/w/d).


Aufgaben Talente aufspüren: du weißt, auf welchen Plattformen sich unsere zukünftigen Talente tummeln und begibst dich gern auf die Suche nach der "Nadel im Heuhaufen".
  • Recruiting: Du gestaltest ansprechende Inserate, bearbeitest eingehende Bewerbungen und führst persönliche Bewerbungsgespräche mit dem Ziel unsere Kandidat:innen mit ihrem absoluten Traumjob zu vereinen.
  • Matching: Du lernst jeden Tag neue Menschen kennen und verfügst über den einzigartigen Riecher, welcher unserer Jobs genau der Richtige für sie/ihn ist.
  • Verantwortung: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für dein Tun und bist in deinem Handeln sehr proaktiv.
  • Neue Ideen: Du erarbeitest/realisierst neue Ideen und spürst, was unsere Bewerber:innen und externen Mitarbeiter:innen begeistert.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du gehst gerne in Austausch mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen, und bist somit immer bestens informiert wer gerade auf der Suche nach welchen Talenten ist.

Profil Menschlichkeit: Empathie und soziale Kompetenz sind für dich keine Floskeln - du verstehst, wie wichtig echte Beziehungen sind.

  • Erfahrung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in der Personalakquise sammeln.

Gehalt:

Dein Gehalt werden wir unter Berücksichtigung deiner Kompetenzen, Erfahrung und Qualifikation marktkonform und leistungsgerecht gemeinsam vereinbaren. Das Bruttojahresgehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens € 34.500,- auf Basis Vollzeit.
