Stellenbeschreibung
  • In dieser Position übernimmst du die konzeptionelle Planung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aller Formate der internen Kommunikation & internen Events.
  • Dabei entwickelst du zielgruppenspezifische Storylines und bereitest Inhalte ansprechend und verständlich auf.
  • Als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für interne Kommunikation arbeitest du eng mit allen Fachbereichen bei BIPA, der Geschäftsführung sowie dem REWE-Konzern zusammen.
  • Zudem umfasst dein Aufgabenbereich die Planung, Organisation und Realisation von internen BIPA-Events mit bis zu 1.000 Gästen, wobei eine zielgruppengerechte Umsetzung gewährleistet wird.
  • Bestehende Eventkonzepte entwickelst du weiter, achtest auf die Einhaltung des Budgets und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stakeholdern.
Qualifikationen
  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit.
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation oder im Eventmanagement sowie die Fähigkeit, Inhalte stilsicher und zielgruppengerecht zu formulieren, zeichnen dich aus.
  • Grundlagen in Foto- und Videografie sind von Vorteil.
  • Mit konzeptioneller Kompetenz und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement überzeugst du ebenso wie mit einer ausgeprägten Organisationsstärke.
  • Als kreative und proaktive Persönlichkeit arbeitest du lösungsorientiert, vernetzt und mit hoher Umsetzungskraft.
  • Eigeninitiative ist für dich selbstverständlich – du bringst Ideen aktiv ein, treibst Projekte selbstständig voran und übernimmst Verantwortung für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung.
