Deine künftigen Tätigkeitsfelder:

  • Mitwirkung bei strategischen Fragestellungen und im Planungsprozess
  • Koordinierung der monatlichen und quartärlichen Berichterstattung (IFRS 17, Solvency II) im Team
  • Aktuarielle Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Neugeschäftsstrategie und -reporting, inklusive Erzeugen, Reporting und Analyse von Cash-Flows und Kennzahlen (IFRS 17) unter Einsatz der internen Modelle in RAFM
  • Unterstützung bei den Vorschlägen zur Gewinnbeteiligung und Erstellen von aktuariellen Analysen sowie Unterstützung beim Bericht der versicherungsmathematischen Funktion
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit zu verschiedenen Themen mit Versicherungstechnik, (Risiko-) Controlling und Accounting und dessen fachliche, aktuarielle Unterstützung, insbesondere bei Produktthemen und zum Value of New Business
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Bereichen in der Allianz Österreich mit dem Ziel ein nachhaltiges und profitables Wachstum sicherzustellen.
  • Laufende Interaktion sowohl mit der aktuariellen Funktion der Allianz Central Europe Region als auch des Allianz Konzerns und Teilen von Best Practices.
  • Unterstützung bei Weiterentwicklung und Validierung aktuarieller Modelle und Methoden zu Solvency II und IFRS 17.

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Versicherungs- oder Wirtschaftsmathematik oder Wirtschaftsstudium mit Schwerpunkt quantitative Finanzen
  • Vollständige Ausbildung zum Aktuar und Zertifizierung als Anerkannter Aktuar in der Aktuarsvereinigung Österreichs (AVÖ) oder vergleichbare Mitgliedschaft in einer anderen europäischen Aktuarsvereinigung
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im aktuariellen Bereich verbunden mit ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management
  • Führungsqualitäten und "Growth Mindset", um Veränderungen und Innovationen innerhalb der Organisation voranzutreiben
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Solvency II-Anforderungen und umfassende Erfahrungen zu IFRS 17, Embedded Value und den Versicherungsprodukten
  • Erfahrung in aktuarieller Modellierung (idealerweise RAFM/Unify)
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten in sehr gutem Deutsch und Englisch (C1)

Jahresbruttogehalt: 80.000 EUR,– (je nach Qualifikation Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung).
