This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance Executive who is currently within the aged care sector to assume this leadership position.

The organisation operates within the Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living and Home Care sectors. Knowledge of the regulatory requirements and funding drivers of each of these is a prerequisite.

This broad role which reports to the CEO will encompass responsibility for all of the key support roles within the organisation. 

The role would suit a commercially minded individual with a proven track record of successfully achieving financial, strategic and operational goals in a complex and dynamic environment. 

This is an opportunity to lead by example, foster a positive workplace culture, and engage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
