More about the Conference and Events Coordinator - Greenhouse role at Investible
- Greenhouse Climate Tech Hub** has prime position in the newly constructed Salesforce Tower at Circular Quay. An epicentre for climate action and a physical space for climate tech innovation, entrepreneurs, investors, government agencies, climate action groups, academic researchers, and committed corporates.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Achieve targets by promoting and selling conference and event spaces, packages, and services to existing members and potential members
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members, event planners, and organisers to secure bookings and encourage repeat business
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the conference and events industry
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns
- Creating tailored event proposals and finalising contracts with members, including terms, pricing, and event details
- Collaborating with event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Review and analyse member feedback and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance future events
- Manage and lead the event end-to-end
- IT event set up (mic, TV, recording etc.)
- Coordinate venue logistics, catering orders, set up and pack down
