Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Head of Sales, focusing on identifying and converting sales opportunities, as well as managing existing client relationships. This position requires a strategic mindset and a demonstrated history of success in sales and business development within the recruitment sector.

Your sales initiatives will be supported by a dedicated team of internal recruitment specialists who will source and place qualified candidates for the positions you secure. Just focus on selling, and we'll handle the rest
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to grow revenue and achieve sales targets in the labour hire sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience and successful placement of candidates.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Participate in professional development to stay informed on industry trends and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand and communicate client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Skills and experience:
- Extensive B2B sales experience, particularly in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods.
- Strong understanding of labour hire services and workforce solutions.
- Proven ability to network effectively and execute successful business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Ability to work under pressure and bounce back from setbacks.
- A natural people person with strong influencing skills.
- Desire to develop professionally and grow within the company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
