Who are you 

Humanforce is growing and we're on the lookout for an exceptional Product Manager to join our team and enhance our seamless integration experiences. In this role, you’ll have the chance to own the entire customer lifecycle and help define our integrations strategy for both acquired and third-party applications. Our long-term vision is to make our ecosystem an all-in-one solution 

You'll be part of a small but mighty product team, working to define and scope the roadmap for all product integrations.

You’re passionate about creating better, more seamless product experiences to ensure every step of the customer journey is smooth and easy. You'll have the opportunity to engage directly with our customers and partners, take ownership of the product roadmap, and define the vision and strategy for our integrations, all with the support of our Lead Product Manager. What you’ll do  
  • Own your product area roadmap ensuring it aligns with the vision, strategy & OKRs 
  • Use data and qualitative insights from customers to identify opportunities to refine the products and validate prioritisation. 
  • Work across integration mechanisms like API’s, middleware platforms etc.  
  • Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ integration and API needs, through the facilitation of workshops, feedback sessions and product demos. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders on proposed solutions and escalation items. 
  • Run customer discovery workshops with design, engineering, and other product managers to encourage momentum and progress. 
  • Backlog creation, planning, prioritisation and management. 
  • Work with the team in managing all the Scrum ceremonies including refinement estimation and planning 
  • Strive to improve velocity of the team to achieve better outcomes and be data driven around team performance and execution. 
  • Work alongside our engineering, design, data and sales/marketing team to deliver product experiences that align with customer needs 
  • Go-to market activities including content management of release notes and help articles, showcases and feature demos for Customer and internal teams.  
  •  Post launch review activities to increase customer awareness and adoption 
What you’ll need 
  • 2-3 years + of experience working in a commercial Product Management role, ideally within the B2B SaaS space.  
  • Experience owning the roadmap for complex internal and 3rd party integrations   
  • The ability to think strategically, plan and execute a long-term strategy for your product/s roadmap.  
  • Strong understanding of product management principles in an agile environment   
  • Innovation and experimental mindset to move the dial and make real life customer impact  
  • Time management  
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making to inform decisions.  
  • Customer centricity. Always thinking of the customer impact and ways to prioritise their feedback in the product roadmap.  
  • Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills, working across all areas of the business – both on documentation and verbal comms.
