Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
We are seeking an experienced office professional to provide administrative support to our heavy equipment maintenance team based in Shoal Point.
Duties would include:
- Maintaining the fleet register - adding and removing equipment, registrations, filing relevant documentation, updating maintenance records etc
- Ordering and stock control.
- Data entry and support for accounts payable & receivable, payroll, human resource functions
- Answering phones and using initiative to deal with enquiries
To fulfill the requirements of this position you would possess the following qualities as a minimum:
- An office administration background (experience in a workshop environment would be highly regarded)
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- A positive and mature attitude
