Join Fishburners as our Office Administrator and take charge of shaping an extraordinary workspace for our thriving startup community As the frontline support for all things Fishburners - this role is not just about managing operations; it's about conducting an environment that sparks innovation and ensures the satisfaction of our dynamic community.

️ Administrative Support

  • Manage general administrative tasks, including phone inquiries, email correspondence, and mail management.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and coordination among members.

️ Facilities And Operations Management

  • Oversee the physical space, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and a comfortable work environment.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks, manage office supplies, and liaise with vendors to address facility-related issues promptly.
  • Coordinate membership operations including desk movements and locker provisions.

Member Support/Administration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and support.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new members and maintain accurate member records.

  • Maintain effective communication channels within the coworking community.
  • Disseminate important information to members regarding updates, events, and opportunities.
