About the Role: 

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from import and export customers
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipment status, documentation, and other relevant 
  • inquiries
  • Identify and analyze customer issues to determine root causes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Craft professional and clear responses to customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment
  • Share knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, International Business, Supply chain/Logistics or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience 1-3 years in a customer service role 
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills 
  • Strong organizational & administration skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and in a pressurized environment
