Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications)

Dnister Ukrainian Credit Co-operative Ltd (Dnister) currently has an exciting opportunity for an energetic individual to join our Marketing and ICT department. As an Authorised Deposit-taking Institution (ADI) specialising in the financial services needs of its Members. Dnister has established a strong tradition for over 65 years of providing great products, competitive pricing and excellent service to its Members. This role provides great diversity in all Marketing, Digital and IT aspects, providing a challenging, exciting opportunity to an enthusiastic applicant keen to spread across many facets of the department’s deliverables. Reporting to the Marketing and ICT Executive, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the effective and efficient delivery of Marketing, Digital and Information Technology activities to ensure business objectives are achieved. You will be a team player and passionate about providing exceptional customer service in an achievement-based culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the development and delivery of digital and marketing strategies to support the businesses’ internal and external communication and service channels. 
  • Develop and implement campaign management and company communication plans in line with those strategies.
  • Contribute to the graphical, technical and copy of communication, internally, externally on multiple digital and non-digital platforms. 
  • Contribute to the development, testing and implementation of new products and servicing channels supporting the procurement, retention and growth of membership. 
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of an appropriate overarching brand culture that supports consistent messages across print and digital media. 
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for the valuable and cost-effective investment of funds towards community development, including the sponsorship and community programs.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of new process improvement initiatives across the Co-operative.
  • Assisting where required with the provision of IT admin support to key stakeholders.


Essential skills include:

  • Excellent computer literacy skills, particularly across various IT, social media and digital platforms and the ability to quickly grasp new platforms.
  • Well established interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
  • Capability to achieve individual and business unit objectives.
  • Well-developed verbal & written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales and delivery channels.
  • Must hold a current Australian Drivers Licence.
