We also offer toxicology studies to support non-clinical programs through our established GLP facility in Brisbane. 

As a global leader in providing flexible solutions, Agilex Biolabs has accelerated numerous biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical drug development programs for clients in the APAC region, USA, and Europe. 

We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager (PM) to join our Project Management department in a full-time, permanent capacity. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of both external pre-clinical and bioanalytical projects as well as site projects. Additionally, the PM will be responsible for supporting other activities within the Project Management department such as central laboratory services including clinical kit production, sample storage, sample management and courier and logistics services. 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An ordinary degree in the appropriate discipline or appropriate industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry / CRO environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in a relevant Project Management or Operational Leadership role.
  • Familiarity with GxP.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in planning and delivering medium to high complexity projects, using a variety of project management tools and methodologies. 
  • Strong client relationship and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills with high attention to detail and excellent record keeping.
  • Proven ability to set priorities, analyse problems, formulate clear and effective solutions, and co ordinate a number of tasks simultaneously.
  • Initiative, trust and reliability, and the ability to work autonomously under broad direction.
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate with clients, senior management, and other departments. 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite including MS Project.
