Your Next Adventure- Manage and optimise our critical technology platforms, including GSuite Alayacare and Aircall
- Review processes and procedures to maintain the security and reliability of company systems
- Manage Google Workspace account administration
- Provide IT support to all employees in the use of IT-related hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Manage Help Desk
- Purchase, setup and configure end user hardware
- Provides necessary updates, status, and completion information to users in the event of system issues/outages
- Documentation of procedures, configurations, and solutions, and proactively seek and update information within procedures and FAQs
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, including access controls, encryption, and incident response procedures
- Assist in the development of in-house tools & software to help our team work more efficiently

- Technology proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Device Management Tools, Google Sheets/MS Excel & Database Management all would be highly favourable
- You have a qualification in an ICT / Technology related field or relevant experience
