Are you an experienced ETL specialist who also enjoys managing a team and looking for the next step in your career? If you have analytical skills, leading a team is a daily routine for you, and innovation drives your work, we have the perfect opportunity for you

Join us and take the helm of a team responsible for data feeding processes and developing data warehouses. We ensure data flow for analytics and reporting needs, making sure the warehouse allows for fast analytical queries on large volumes of data. The tools we use include MS SQL Server, SSIS, Apache Airflow, and dbt, and we work daily in Scrum. You're a perfect match for the role, if you:
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in team management
  • Possess advanced SQL knowledge
  • Have experience in creating and maintaining ETL/EL processes
  • Have excellent analytical skills
  • Have practical knowledge of data warehouse architectures and data modeling
  • Are responsible, communicative, and enjoy teamwork
  • Are stress-resistant and can work under pressure
  • Can effectively plan the team's work
  • Have a minimum B2 level of English, both spoken and written

Your responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of Business Intelligence engineers, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Developing and maintaining data warehouses based on MS SQL Server
  • Developing and maintaining ETL processes
  • Ensuring high data quality
  • Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in data warehousing, BI, and data engineering to propose improvements and support the professional growth of team members
