The role:

We are looking for a hungry Account Executive to support our growth in Australia

Main responsibilities:

  • Take care of inbound leads, engage with them quickly, and close them accordingly
  • Fine tune our overall inbound sales approach by testing new sales pitches, channels, strategies
  • Share your findings about leads and clients, so that we can adjust our marketing strategy accordingly and drive better quality leads in bigger volume
  • Drive Sleek’s revenue growth month after month
  • Engage with global sales leaders to share challenges and learnings, and hear from them
  • Share your insights with the product team and play a key part in the next client acquisition product sprins
  • 3+ years working in a sales, business development or SDR role with a proven track record of crushing your targets
  • Experience in a SaaS Startup in Payment, Accounting or Financial Management mandatory
  • You are hungry for success and the commissions that come with it
  • Proactive with a positive attitude to roll up their sleeves and ensure targets are exceeded
  • A networker by heart with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for technology and the local startup ecosystem
  • Inside sales experience prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Sales CRM experience mandatory (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc...)
