We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communication Manager to lead our narrative and drive impactful communication and marketing strategies in Poland. You will be hands-on with the initiatives, working closely with our HQ team to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Your daily role:

  • Develop, oversee, and execute comprehensive marketing and external communication strategies in collaboration with our Head of Communications and Head of Marketing in HQ.
  • Manage and implement communication and marketing initiatives in the Polish market, involving external agencies as needed to support campaigns and other projects.
  • Write and distribute press releases, memos, and other communication materials.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication and marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

What describes you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working cooperatively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient writing skills in various formats, including PR articles, social media posts, and webpage content.
  • Proactive in taking initiative and leading necessary changes for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Polish and English for effective cross-cultural communication.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing and communication strategies.
