Customer Service Advisor

You will be the face of our Customer Hub and ensure our customers experience a seamless repair journey.
15th May, 2024We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing Smithfield team
- Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for the repair journey and assist with customer mobility needs.
- Answer internal and external customer enquiries (e.g., Email, face to face, phone)
- Proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Building & maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, colleagues)
- Uncover your customers insurance needs by offering suitable options, identifying opportunities for new business and renewals.
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing Smithfield team
