As our Implementation Manager, you will:- Report to the Head of Quality Engineering
- Be responsible for planning, managing, communicating, and executing the implementation activities required to coordinate and support the go-live phases of technology product builds
- Work closely with Product and Project team members to capture all detailed required tasks that will support go-live activities
- Act with integrity and conviction to achieve strategic objectives assigned to Release Management function
- Plan and facilitate implementation activities across the SDLC
- Manage and communicate the impact of environment refreshes, release schedules, release status, release scope and escalate key issues and risks where appropriate
- Build and maintain the Implementation Plan that is in alignment with the standards set by the Product Owner and Release and Environments Manager
- Build and communicate business impact and mitigation plans where appropriate for releases that cause business outages
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Implementation Management role
- Extensive experience in or working with Release and Change Management roles
- Comprehensive background in definition of release management process and practices
- Proven ability to exercise strong and effective leadership in high-pressure situations
- Strong ability to exercise independent and effective judgement
- Experience in negotiating with key stakeholders to achieve a win-win situation

With a strong background in executing project strategies and integrating new systems, you effectively analyze complex situations and drive operational excellence.
