We're looking for someone who is:

The Executive and Business Support Officer will provide a range of business and executive support services such as diary management, and supporting project and corporate activities such as recruitment and document management. The Executive and Business Support Officer will be required to deliver business support activities and services in line with agreed standards, milestones and timeframes. You will use your proficiency with MS Office suite of tools to respond to ad hoc requests from across the business unit to deliver government priorities and contribute to building a positive culture.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Some executive administration and/or business support experience is required.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
