EUC is looking for an experienced and motivated Partner Sales Manager to join our Korea Partner & Channel team. You will bring passion and a drive to have a genuine customer first approach to help our partners and distributors achieve their goals.

Your days will be split between managing Partner & Distribution channel in Korea and developing and driving a few of our strategic Partners in Korea.

The role will come with a variety of opportunities but also challenges. It will thus require you to engage across internal and external stakeholders as well as dealing with different business processes.

Your efforts will be to establish a balanced and diverse partner landscape to whom EUC will be a critical business partner in Korea 

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?   

Making an impact early at EUC relies on 3 core elements. Establishing relationships with colleagues and partners; building solid knowledge and understanding of our technologies; and navigating the internal & external processes and best practices within the teams.

Your success will come from great communication skills, effective planning and delivery, and a relentless curiosity for learning and developing. 

You will be managing opportunities from day one, in collaboration with your extended teams at the partners & distributor level, and be expected to build and sustain a pipeline, leveraging expertise and key focus areas at our partners.

By the end of your first 12 months at EUC you should have established a significant presence and impact with both partners, distributors, customers and the colleagues with whom you work. 

 The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?  

A Successful Partner Sales Manager maximize their time with partners, engaging in their business and their customers and exploring ways in which EUC can accelerate their business.

Drive joint engagement with the EUC partner across the entire sales cycle, from market opportunity identification, go-to-market activities, account targeting, joint field engagement, and account teaming and actively work with the customer and partner to close the opportunity.

You will set a regular cadence for engagement with the range of stakeholders, including weekly forecast and pipeline review with partners for corporate customers.

Conducting Partner Quarterly Reviews and Executive Briefings. 

 You will cover a breath of stakeholders for building actionable relationships with the partners’ leaders, including sales, pre-sales and servicesdepartments. 

Your individual partner business plans will establish a foundation of intelligence and insight for both short-term tactical opportunities as well as long-term strategic success including marketing plans and activities.

You will be instrumental to support partners in developing best-in-class EUC sales, consulting, deployment, and managed services practices, to help their customers in their digital transformation journey and realize their own business goals. 

Internally, you will work with the broader Korea EUC sales  team, partner team, marketing , as well as collaborating with our Go to Market team across each of our technology areas to accelerate key programs and initiatives. 

Functional written and verbal communication skills in English and an overall positive and energetic approach will set you apart from competitors. 

What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?  

The hiring manager for this Partner Sales Manager role is Rajesh Deepchandani, Asia Pacific , EUC Director for Partners. 

He leads a team of Partner Sales Managers responsible for developing and growing the EUC business with our partner community. 

He has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry and has held a variety of roles within sales before taken on the Channel & Partner Director role. 

Your role is remote and will not be assigned to a fixed office location. This means it could be done anywhere with a strong internet connection and limited distractions. EUC has a policy to empower employees to work from wherever they feel most productive and healthy

As well as being a part of the local Korean EUC team. The team prioritize to share best practice and learn from each other and connecting on a regular basis both online and face2face.
