This design-led developer with an extensive pipeline of work and growth in Brisbane is seeking a senior interior designer to lead their in house team. 
 

Key Responsibilities

  • 7+ years experience working in interiors with luxury multi res experience
  • Developing design concepts and using presentation/rendering software
  • Confident leading a team

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of the design process on local projects
  • Experience in the design and delivery of multi-residential /mixed-use projects 
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Solid understanding of Australian standards and BCA's
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to client
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
